Refund policy

At NutriGlow Labs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used health, wellness, and personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Downloadable or digital products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved:

  • A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund

Partial Refunds may be granted for:

  • Items that are returned damaged or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Items returned after the 30-day window (at our discretion)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at nutriglowlabs@gmail.com


Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Shipping and handling charges (unless the return is due to our error)
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at nutriglowlabs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.


Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged/incorrect item

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.


Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
